Photography

I like to photograph the unusual in scapes - street, land, beach - up close, distant and in between - whatever catches my eye. My camera will follow. However, I let my words capture what makes a person tick. Perhaps I prefer to let my camera record what we leave behind on this earth, as well as what mother earth manages to give us, despite our interference.

UFOs? Not quite. Try Harbourfront, Toronto, Canada, at dusk.

Unusual seating structure - perhaps for a bear. The people seat is underneath. One of the many lichen-covered trees in a nearby park.

Discovered on a fall 2004 walk.

This is my multi-culture/multi-coloured yarrow. The original plant came from the local nursery three years ago, so somewhere along the way, Mother Nature got creative. Each spring when the yarrow returns, the colour spread is a tad different.
